Something about our family room just wasn't right, but we just couldn't figure out what it was. That is dawned on us that it was the exposed brick wall in the room. The brick wall didn't give us the feel of an old world stone, rather it gave us the feel of cold and dirty.
We are so happy on the way it turned out. The room is now no longer old and dated. It was the perfect makeover our family room needed. Now it is the exciting time to buy accessories for the room!

The red is a great accent, and a great addition for the bricks. I would hang a picture of some sort on the white wall, but it looks great.
